What is the status of my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from K18 along with a separate email from our courier once your order has shipped. All standard orders are delivered by Royal Mail on a tracked service. Standard Delivery can take between 3-5 working days. Once your order has shipped, you can follow its journey to you using the tracking link sent to your email. Only in exceptional circumstances will orders be delivered via DPD on a Standard Delivery method. 


We aim to process orders within 1-2 days during our working week Monday to Friday. If you place your order at a weekend or bank holiday this will be processed on the next working day. 

If your estimated delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your order two days after this period (this is to allow for eventual courier delays), please contact our customer care team here with your order number for more information about your order status.
