I'm missing samples from my order, please can you help?

We're sorry to hear your order is missing complimentary samples. All of our samples are subject to availability at the time of dispatch. This may happen on rare occasions due to popular demand for a specific product. We try our best to prevent this from happening, however, sometimes our platforms cannot keep up with the demand. Sadly we're unable to send out samples separately at a later time if they're are out of stock or missing from orders, nor can we send missed samples in an additional delivery.
